Following the success, Coteccons continued to win the project package in the final stage. This time, Coteccons implemented the construction as the General
Contractor of the main items of Lot 1-14 at Song Viet – The Metropole Thu Thiem complex. The scale of the package includes 04 basements, 2 tower blocks (36 and 28 floors) – the package with many basements and the highest number of floors in the overall scale of The Metropole Thu Thiem project. Song Viet urban complex – with a total initial investment of 7,300 billion VND, with a scale of 7.6 hectares, located at the foot of Thu Thiem 2 bridge, on the left is Thu Thiem central square.
With this project, Coteccons will apply the experience deployed in phase 1 and come up with optimal construction plans for the project to be completed in the best way. The total value of the package is up to nearly 3,000 billion VND, expected to start construction in Q1/2022; completion in 26 months will pose many challenges as well as opportunities for Coteccons to continue to demonstrate the construction capacity of the leading construction company in Vietnam.
